What is the best way to control insulin resistance on a vegan diet? Do I need egg? Is tofu & plant fats enough


I eat oils such as flax and coconut and olive oil. I try to eat alot of green leafys to get amino acids to assimulate protein in my body. I do eat some tofu. Need sugestions.

Insulin resistance is best controled by one or two bouts of strenuous exercise.Food makes no difference.And please lose weight.Exercise lessens insulin resistance even if you dont lose weight.
