INSOMNIA?! questions?


Please complete these questions for a school project.

1. how many hors(avg.) do you sleep everyday?
2. Do you sleep enough?
3. If not, do you think you suffer from insomnia?
4. Did you consider visiting a doctor for insomnia?
5. Do you have the ability to inform people about insomnia?
6. Do you have any symptoms of insomnia?

1. It depends...Lately, 6-7 hours.

3. I definitely do. I've had insomnia ever since I was a little kid. (I'm 15 now)Usually it comes in episodes. I'll have problems sleeping for about a month or two, and then I'll be fine. weird...

4. Yes, I went to a sleep specialist when I was 10. They told me to wake up at the exact same time every day, and not to worry about when I went to sleep as long as I made SURE to get up in the morning! It actually worked, because eventually you fall asleep at a normal time. But then my problems came back after a while.

5. um, I guess so.

6. When I can't sleep, I get cranky, I space out a lot and stare at the wall, have trouble concentrating, don't have a lot of energy or enthusiasm.
