Insomnia...? |
Is there anything I could do that would help me sleep. Im 17, and it's really starting to affect me. I know I should see a doctor, but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do? I exercise for two hours a day, so I should sleep easily. If you have a TV in your room I use to put on like a really boring channel like the NASA channel or something and it would put me right to sleep lol Your welcome and happy sleeping =] Report It you should see the doctor, it might be stress. one of my ex used to stress me out. Read a book i know it sounds really boring but trust me this will get you to sleep try it and tell me how it works out for you. i had the exact same problem so i began to read books and it worked out pretty well for me. Try melatonin (3mg) Try drink some hot milk with nesquic before you麓re giong to sleep. Then speak with yourself. you could try hot milk, herbal pills, herbal tea or watching "Walk the Line"...the last one worked on me just fine! Are you exercising at night? This could keep you up. There's a lot of herbal things you could try (one at a time - just to see which one works for you). First, valerian root. Next, 5HTP. St. John's wort, etc. Keep at it till you find the one that's right for you. Do WHATEVER it takes to get to sleep, and if that means going to a doctor, do it. You'll be glad you did. |
