Lack of sleep .

try running around the block before bed.

I read every night in bed until I get sleepy.-- even if it's just for a few minutes. Works for me! Also, don't eat right before bed and give up coffee and caffiene.

a tea before going to bed or a good batch to relax..that will help u a lot.and before going to bed u can watch a good movie,a comedy for example...
