Insomnia!!?

im 15 and its 3:00 am here. i got to be up at 6:00. i have a big day and not staying up. how can i sleep?

First, turn the computer off. Night.

Try some warm milk & nice thoughts.

no tv no music unless its soothing and turn the face of the clock so you don't keep looking at it and turn off the computer it won't grow legs and walk away

Just lie down and try to think of relaxing things. There's really nothing else you can do on such short notice. In the future, don't eat or do any exercise close to bed time. Plus, waking up early will help you go to sleep earlier.

First off get off the computor. Try some warm milk

I have had my trouble with Insomnia too. The brain just doesn't want to be quiet. Try taking a few deep breaths and clearing your mind but the best thing to do is listen to some soft easy listening music or if you sleep good in a thunder storm they have CD's with the sounds of them the rain the cracking of lightning and the thunder. It sure helped me.

rhonda is right, milk.

you can also try chicken or turkey for dinner.
they also contain triptothan which induces sleep.
remember how much you wanted to take a nap after thanksgiving dinner?

don't forget to set your alarm clock, and sweet dreams.

you need your sleep try a hot chocolate

i know the feeling.i aint got a answer.but i do know the feeling.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
