okay so my mom's has been havinf insomnia for months now and she doesnt know what to do. Shes tried so many things but nothing seems to work. The doctor gave her some pills, but she doesn't really drink them because she knows they are not good for you. even the doctor doesn't even recommend her to drink pills, but he gave it to her anyway. there's time she can't sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning. The weird thing is that shes not even sleepy or tired during the day or night even if she only got like 3 hours of sleep or so. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone suffered from insomnia and overcome it? your advice will be greatly appreaciated!!! Since your Mom hasn't slept in so long I would suggest that she at least try the sleeping pills. If she goes on them for about a week or two she may get back into good sleeping habits. Unfortunately, insomnia, in its extreme cases, is a serious medical condition, that often cannot be fixed with anything except for medication. Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical insomnia is caused due depression,anxiety and many others reason how ever these are the thing which is causing insomnia then first speak to her give her confidence that nothing will happen take her for holiday (may to any worshipping place) but remember one if tell her not say in her mind that i want sleep today but only go the bed just try relax by closing her she will automatically sleep come .don't make her sub conscious be awake |
