Definitely not Insomnia, but can't sleep at night?


Hi, all. I have trouble to sleep at night. But I'm not Insomnia. I can sleep at noon or before normal bed time for most people ( usually 10 pm - 6 am ).

I definitely not insomnia, because I can sleep some other time but not at 10 pm - 6 am. And my average sleeping time is 5-8 hrs. Could someone help me? I'm very sleepy at working hours.

I've tried not to sleep at all one day until 22 pm the next day. I'm hoping I'll be tired and change my sleeping clock. But I still can't sleep at that time. I've tried it several times.

Something wrong with my Body clock. Can i fix it?

I have that same problem
No naps
No Caffeine of any kind after noon
No exercise after 5pm
Dark room
cool temp
