Insomnia?? How do i get rid of it??? What are some natural ways?


Natural ways to help insomnia? Please answer

A few things you can try:
1. Reflexology. You can learn to give your hands a relaxing rub, I've used it for anxiety and it's very calming. check your local bookstore for how to do it.
2. Get an eyepillow filled with lavender. You might not sleep with it on, but wear it for at least 15-20 min. Lie flat on your back and try to touch the bed with as much of your body as you can.
3. If you have a million things on your mind, write down everything that needs to be done in a dayplanner/todo list so you dont worry about forgetting things.

weed is a natural herb, unless chemically enhanced. so i guess crip isnt the answer, but you could smoke some dank stuff and get sleepy off of that

Valerian, hops and passion flower are three herbals that help with sleep. Breathing in lavender oil also works well.

Melatonin is a natural hormonal approach. Start with a low dose and gradually increase if the lower dose doesn't do the job.

If I take more melatonin than I need, I get a mild headache.

Exercise and fresh air earlier in the day also helps with sleep. (That probably explains why I need the melatonin. ;-) )
