I have insomnia and because of that I have a hard time waking up in the morning for classes.? |
I have insomnia and it takes a really long time for me to fall asleep at night. I've had insomnia for a while but after my friends death, it got worse. I take melatonin pills to help me fall asleep sometimes..The worst part about it is that I have morning classes and I keep missing them because I don't hear my alarm or can't get out of bed. I really need help with finding a way to get out of bed when I hear my alarm. Any suggestions? I need solutions for now...The semester has already started and I can't switch my classes or do anything really drastic. Thank you! before sleep lie on your back and concentrate upon moving your breath throughout your body (head to toe, arms, hands, etc.), also switch the pattern to rising and lowing your stomache further and further... do this for three minutes and you will get to sleep easily, require much less sleep, and wake up refreshed and without problem (what you are actually doing is increasing your circulation, blood, oxygen and nutrition flow while taking your mind off of all its affecting problems, such as your friend's death) Night School (or home school, or school via internet)! something that might help would be to get an alarm thats REALLY loud and obnoxious so that you'll have no choice but to get it. Have your pills early and go to bed sooner, get the alarm right next to you. On your bed near the pillow advisable. You Will get up. If not change the alarm. Try and sleep for 9 hours ,, 10 hours.. wake up and do some workout. Trying doing exercise in the mornings, 3am or 4am. will help your health too. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fus... Maybe u should learn some ways to overcome your insomnia problem through hypnosis at my profile. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/ for more info |
