What causes insomnia?How to overcome major insomnia? |
Ive asked this question before and have seen several doctors regarding my insomnia;ive been given medication for this and although its helped a little at first,im still struggling really bad with this.its so bad you cant possibly imagine how bad.Ive gone 24-30 hours straight without sleep several times a week for years.its affecting every aspect of my life and although my doctor has told me its directly related to my deppresion/anxiety I still cant overcome this.Ive tried everything with no avail,from self medicating to prayer to excercise, when im lucky enough to finally fall asleep ill wake up two or three hours later and do it all over again Have you had any sleep tests done? I have insomnia too since I was a kid..it really really sucks-have you ever heard of sleep apnea? Talk to your doctor about having sleep tests done if you havent already done so. |

Catnip is great for insomnia. You can find it in a health food store and you can either take a pill or drink a tea. I recommend the tea as it obsorbs into you system better. My wife is into those h... make sure you let your doctor know you are uninsured and if he or she doesn't offer, ask them for samples if they have any.
