Insomnia or not??


are these symtoms of insomnia, at night when i go to sleep at any time i cant fall asleep no matter how tired or sleepy i am and i usually lay in bed thinking alot rather than sleeping and it probably takes me the longest 4-5 hours to fall asleep or sometimes i dont sleep at all or i just get 1-2 hours of sleep (& the times when i get to the point were i can fall asleep easily is around 5-6am)and i feel like i have force myself to try and sleep and its been this way for as long as i can remmber,and ive told my mom and grandmother about this but they jus sit there and tell me its cause im use 2 fallin asleep late so thats why i cant fall asleep fast,wich isnt true cause i use to try and go to bed early or along time but the samething ended up happening,so i just want to get othes opinons on if i have it or not (& im 16).....

& once when i was younger i told my old doc about this but she just kinda brushed it off and told me TO COUNT SHEEP lol and read a book and i think she probably thought i was to "young"to be experincing stuff like this...i was so pissed at that advice so please no one tell me to read a book cause it wont work

I have similar problems, but I think it has more to do with caffeine and calorie intake as well as lack of exercise.

Limit your sugar, calorie, and caffeine intake and become more active. This allows your body to use up the energy you have stored throughout the day.

Try this for about a week and if you still have issue, seek a doctor's advice.

Maybe u should learn some ways to overcome your insomnia problem through hypnosis at my profile.
