Insomnia and Cognative Behavioral Therapy? |
I have heard that insomnia can be helped with cognative behavioral therapy. Does any one know how this works? I would be interested to know as I dont sleep well. basically it only works if you can forget things that happened in the past, it works on the premise that today is the first day of the rest of your life, it is very difficult to achieve, i suffer with that too! i hope i learn about this!
