I assume you weren't stupid enough to spray your matress and pillows.

If this is correct, just wash your matress cover, sheets, pillow covers and blanket using the "heavy dirt" cycle and cold water. Air your room out and you'll be okay.

If bugs are infecting your pillows, throw them out and buy new ones. If you matress and box spring art infected, call in a pest control person or if you can afford it, buy new ones. After that, keep your living quarters cleaner these bed bugs don't invade clean places.

And the question is????
Are you asking if you can sleep
in your bed? The answer is
NO. Better to take your
mattress (and box spring)
outside and let them air out
for at least 3 days. Also
open up your bedroom and
air it out. Then cover both
with mattress covers. If it
still smells, you probably should not be breathing in
the vapors.
