What are the steps in creating an insect repellent lotion? just buy it. i dunno anything about it One can create an insect repellent with natural chemicals, but they usually don't work at all, or as well as DEET based repellents. The DEET solution has to registered with the EPA on a Federal level and state by state. The packaging and verbiage for the label also has to registered. |
