Insect Bites?

Last week I woke up with what I thought were bed bug bites all over my body. I don't think that these were from my own bed because I'd recently been staying in a hotel that had a lot of problems and I had to get bed sheets from the closet and I think that's where they came from. I've gotten rid of old bed sheets just in case and there don't seem to be new bites, however, the ones I do have aren't going away and it's starting to worry me.

Some of the bites are bumps that are red with a red area around them, while some are just regular bumps. They don't itch like they used to which makes me think they're getting better however they're not going away fast enough. Is there anything I can use to help the bumps go down?

Wash the bed sheets, pillow cases, and blankets with hot water. Bed bugs usually comes out of corners and floor cracks, usually you need a spray to kill the bed bugs in the cracks. They can live up for a year without drinking blood. Bed bigs only appear if your room temperature exceeds to 65掳F-71掳F. Bed bugs do not like the cold, so keep your room cool as possible.

use 1% hydro cream, it has an anti-itching formula. When you take showers, all the showers should be luke-warm for the first 5, then the rest of the minutes are cold water, this makes you stop itching for a while. Drink lots of water, bed bugs are attracted to high body heat meaning fresh good blood supply for them.

Try calamine lotion.
