Mystery insect bites??

this is e 2nd time i've gotten such a bite. once on my hand, and now behind my knee.

it's a small bite with 2 pin size dots, ard 5mm in size with a very small bump. i know it's rather insignificant in size but wat bothers me is e 2 dots (like front teeth?) in e bite. they're very obvious. wat kinda insect could it be???

i've searched online and all.. but none seems to tally.

2 pin holes sounds like spider.

I to have a mystery bite that is making me want to cut off my finger.

I swear I'm going to kill EVERY bug I see for the rest of my life. Little fookers biting me when I'm sleeping.
