Is the involuntary trembling on my hands and other limbs linked to my past inhalant abuse?

I never knew I had a problem with this until at youth group we were holding hands for prayer and someone next to me was like your hand's shaking and I didn't know. I did inhalants for about half a year straight then stopped and I'm now off and on again. Could this be a side-effect of it? I also find I'm forgetting stuff more than I used to. This trembling happens with my legs and back sometimes too.

I think it would be the best to see a doctor and seek for advice. Personally, I think you might be developing some neurological, movement disorder. It could be many stuff, so unless you do some certain tests nobody can say it for sure what you have over typing. But i might name some of the things which my little informations you gave could be your case - Essential Tremors (runs in a family, tremors can happen in any part of the body, and age is not limited), I don't know how old are you...and also depending on the way tremors are...if they happen only at the rest it can even be Parkinson's disorder...of course this is all guessing, that's why i would suggest you to talk to your doctor.

If you need someone to talk to, feel free to write me an email:

All the best!

Sounds like nerve damage to me. See a doctor! Sometimes the problem can be, if not reversed, at least improved. And...stay off that stuff. It's poison, and your body is telling you that.
