How can I stop my uncontrollable inhalant abuse?

I've been abusing inhalants i.e. spraypaint for a while now. It doesn't really give me satisfaction anymore, so I don't know why I still do it. It's a compulsion, I guess you could say. If I keep on at the rate I'm going, I know I will die. I do it up to 20 times a day now. I am fully aware of the dangers.. In fact, I knew someone who died of inhalant abuse, which makes the risks that much more real for me.. yet I can't stop.

What can I do to break this habit?

quit that can and rock the ganj! if tis doing nothing for you anymore than WHY ARE YOU DOING IT? just ask yourself that. look at the can, and ask yourself again. also is it worth it? if your going to die then you should be compelled enough to stop. unless you want to die? do you?

Get help. Now. Sometimes you can't get through these things alone.
