Do you know how to get rid of a red rash near my nose???

I started getting this red rash under my nose about a year ago. It's getting worse and I've already gone to the doctor and the medicine he gave me didn't work. I use cover-up on it so its not a huge problem but sometimes it gets pretty bad. It kinda looks like I use inhalants or something..so any ideas how to get rid of it???

Cause
Although most rashes are not symptoms of a serious health problem, they can be signs of allergies, liver and gallbladder problems, lupus, bleeding disorders, nutritional deficiencies, and autoimmune diseases.
