Influenza. Please help!!!? |
I have influenza and have had it for about 3 days now. I got the medicine for it from my doctor, so i don't have to worry about that. I bet you'll be able to go. Just rest as much as possible and push clear fluids like there's no tomorrow. See if you can get a message too. A message can help push lactic acid (the stuff that makes you feel sore) out of your muscle tissue and into your urine and therefore out of your body espcially with all the fluids you'll be drinking. If you have a left over cough by Friday, but you haven't had a fever for 48 hours, you can still go. The cough might linger for a while as your lungs are trying to rid the lungs of the congestion. By Friday that's a whole week, so I'd say even if you have a few, productive coughs (especially when you wake up), then you can go. Have a safe and happy trip. ;o) Report It get rest lots of rest.Drink hot/warm tea with honey and lemon in it.Take your meds like doc said.Hope you have a speedy recovery. stay at home if you feel sick. you don't want others to get your flu, too. |
