How can i get rid of influenza as early as possible? |
From many days i have been suffering from influenza....Taking medicine regularly but without any result... If you are not well, recovered, in about nine days time, it means you are not protecting yourself well enough from the re-circulating germs! Protection comes from keeping your cheer, keeping warm, good, healthy diet (and, "compensation" for the medicines you may be taking), and adequate rest and sleep to help your body's defence mechanism to work for your recovery at optimum level of efficiency! You should go to your Doctor, and he will prescribe something that works possibly go see your GP and see Wat he says. then get some good nights sleep.drink plenty of water and stick to eating toast for a few days. see if you can get anything stronger for the flue maybe that ll help. did you go to the doctor and get Antivirals?
