Hubby has Type B Influenza - feeling worse...?

My husband starting feeling sick on Sunday, went to the doctor on Monday and was diagnosed with Type B Influenza. Starting taking Tamiflu immediately. He sounds and feels worse than ever. Should I take him back to the doctor?

PS - I am 22 weeks pregnant, so I want him well in case I get it!

I am on Tamiflu also, one pill for 10 days, instead of two per day for five days...prescribed by my OB.

YES. By all means take him back! He could be having a reaction to the Tamiflu!

Also ask your doctor if you should've been put on it because of exposure to the flu. Tamiflu is also prescribed for patients that have been exposed to the flu as well.

Please take him back to the doc. Good luck with your baby and congrats.
