Influenza (b) and (A) whats the diffrence?

There are many types of "Influenza" or "Flu" viruses and by giving them letters after the name, helps scientists and doctors identify the different types of strains or mutations.
Influenza A affects: mainly birds also called "Avian Influenza" commonly lumped together and called "Bird Flu"
Influenza B affects: Humans and seals (similar immune systems)

If you go to the main Centers for Disease Control web site, they break down the different identified types of "Flu" and the areas in the world they are generally found.
The CDC also goes through signs and symptoms and methods for prevention.
