Influenza vaccine?

When it comes to getting vaccinated, I'm all for it! But, I wasn't sure if I should go with the nasal spray vaccine, or the injection. Is there actually any difference between the two? Which is more effective? Which do you think I should get, and why? Thanks!

The Nasal Vaccine Is a (I Think Several Strains) Flu Virus(es) Competent to Cause Infection (Although Attenuated, I don't Know How), Therefore More Effective At Raising Several Antibodies, the Shot Contains the HAs (Hemaglutinins (Sp?)), of a Few (Usually Three) Strains, Therefore Only Capable of Raising Antibodies Against the HAs Included.

Both are as effective.

Hi, read this http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/... aloud, and ask your Dr

I've heard both are effective, however I would still go with the reg vaccination. I hate needles, but I think its the most reliable. Good luck... I am getting mine on Tuesday.
