Is this an IBD or IBS?

- Abdomin Pain/Discomfort (lower, upper, and pelvic)
- Bloated
- Lots of indigetion
- Low-grade fever
- Tender to touch abdomin (upper, lower and pelvic)
- Mouth Sores (mainly tounge (no I didn't bite it, it just started hurting)
- Nausea
- Discomfort keeps me up at night, wakes me up too
- Lots of stiff joints and joint pain
- Lower back bothers me
- Extreme Fatigue along with weakness when standing/walking
- Constipation
- Pressure when going to bathroom
- Blood on toliet paper (not on period)
- Cloudy Urine
- Unusual Weight loss
- Loss of appetite

My Ultra-Sound came back clear.
My X-Ray's were perfectly normal.
Blood tests (over two weeks ago) were normal too.
It's been going on for a month and I've been off school for this.

I have a doc appointment on Friday. Is this an IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)? If not, what do you think it is?

Don't tell me to follow up with my doc because I already stated that I AM.

it sounds like an ibd but what do i know im not a doctor

follow up with the doctor treating you. copy this note and take it with you. if you are not comfortable with the diagnosis you are given, ask for a referral to a GI doctor.
