Trans fat increases risk of infertility?

I only recently found out what trans fat is exactly and the effects it can have on your body. I didn't really check the nutritional facts on foods normally because I have normal weight and I hate stressing about every fat gram. But I was ready something and it said that trans fat increases women's risk of infertility by 70%. When I went to the store today I checked the nutritional facts and I freaked when I saw that most of the junk food I normally eat has trans fat. And my normal diet consists of indian food which I now realized has even more trans fat than junk food. I want to try changing my diet but I was really worried because would stopping now make a difference? I know the other effects too but I'm talking about infertility. I'm 21 and am engaged and always really wanted kids so this is important for me. sorry for the unnecessarily long question. I just wanted to know if there is a way to reverse the effects. Thanks so much for your help

Trans fat is just BAD. It lowers your good cholesterol, raises bad cholesterol, and hardens your artery walls. Unlike fat and saturated fats, you don't need any trans fat. It occurs naturally in animal products, but artificial trans fat are even worse for you. Just don't eat it.
