Is it true that soy can cause infertility? |
I have heard that eating high leveles of soy can lead to infertility in women. Is this true, because I am a new vegetarian and I plan to eat alot of soy as a proten supplement. No. If that were true I wouldn't birth control. maybe they cause infertility in children who have consumed soy based products, like infamil. As the protein supplement, vegetarians still eat food from animals, i.e. eggs and milk. If you were vegan then I wouldn't know what to tell you. The infertility, I have no clue, ask a professional. |
