Is this true that excessive caffeine use might lead to infertility in men??? Drinking strong coffee every day will exhaust your adrenal glands. What happens is the body is designed to respond to stress like a response to being physically attacked by causing the adrenal glands to excrete hormones to give the body strength and respond to the attack. That is natural. When a person drinks caffeine from any source, it causes the adrenal glands to excrete these hormones. The body can actually feel like it has been attacked and needs to respond. This is the high you feel when drinking caffeine. This exhausts your adrenal glands. Some of the hormones being released are from the pancreas due to this adrenal response. The insulin oxidizes the sugar in your blood and gives you an up feeling. Then when the sugar is oxidized, you feel the opposite some time later and that is the let down. lmao, thats most every male on the planet I don't think there's any clinical proof of this. Hi there ! i don't think so no one would have sperm if that were true you would have to drink 3 or 4 three litters a day for ever before it would effect you lower the count maybe yes but not cause infertility too much coffee can induce sleep disorders but certainly not infertility ........ it is a myth. |
