Does surgery is indicated for a 42 years old man with moderate varicocele & infertility for 2.5 years? |
a 42 years old man married a 38 years old women with infertility since 2.5 years he has bilateral moderate varicocele .does surgery is indicated in this case or medical treatment & what medical therapy should be used Well, a varicocele in the testicle raises the temperature of the testicle which is what causes the infertility. I think surgery is the #1 treatment (possibly the only treatment) and it's pretty successful also. Talk to your doctor about your options. |
