Infectious Diseases ???

What are the procedures done in infectious diseases and do the work in taking part of creating the medication for the diseases ?

Check out the CDC website. Procedures differ depending on the disease. For example, working with diseases transmitted through contact, you'd where impermeable gloves. If its a droplet infection, gloves and masks. If it's airborne or something like ebola virus, they will use special rooms with negative vaccuum, special suits and have oxygen tanks to breath through.
