You rub your face then touch something then someone else touches it. WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN. Only one in seven people wash after using the toilet, in males this number is much worse. The average person touches their face about 20+ times a day. If you have come into contact with bacteria or a virus you have just transfered that to your face and most likely it will make it to a mucas membrane. ie your nose, mouth or eyes. this is a very big and general question ... |
