How can we prevent the rate infectious diseases?

How can we prevent the rate infectious diseases?

The best way to prevent infectious diseases or reduce the rate of them is through vaccination. Vaccination would prevent an infection and ultimately destroy the line of transmission for that disease agent. However, vaccines have not been developed for all infectious diseases, not yet anyway. Without a vaccine, a person can do 2 things. One, improve your immune system. Simply taking a multivitamin or vitamin C and E supplements will boost the immune systems ability to fight infections. Two, follow proper sanitary practices. Wash your hands after using the bathroom, after handling raw meat, before eating dinner, etc. Remember, the dirtiest part of your body is your hands and the dirtiest objects around you are doorknobs, keyboards, and your cell phone. And in regards to sex, condoms are always suggested, but if you really have to wonder if your partner has an STD, then maybe you shouldn't sleep with them.

Wash your hands. Don't have sex.

If ppl would start using condoms and contreceptives then it wouldnt be any infectiuos diseases also if these men stop sticking there thing in anything, stuff like herpes wouldnt be a big problem, and one more thing if females would stop being so press for men to *** in them there also wouldnt be any infectious diseases going around. Be careful ppl.Safe sex is the best sex.

be clean, wash hands, wash door knobs and commonly used items.
