WHere can I find a list of the top10 emerging infectious diseases in the USA?

I need this for my college microbiology class

You can always try the CDC's website. www.cdc.gov

I can give you a few ideas as an infectious diseases doctor though:

1. community MRSA (methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus)
2. drug resistant TB
3. West nile virus
4. Bocavirus
5. Penicillin resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae

These plenty more, but I'll let you have a look around on your own.
