Infectious diseases are caused by bacteria and viruses while inherited diseases are those that can be passed on through your genes. You can inherit a certain genetic trait that can cause a disease.

Infectuous diseases are caused by bodily infections such as viral fever, cough, malarial fever etc. whereas the inherited diseases are inherited from parents such as diabetese, hypertension etc.

infectious diseaseses are those which are aquired due to person to person contact, air borne, infected sources.....for example conjunctivitis, gastroenteritis etc

Inherited diseases are those which one gets from his or her parents through inheritance like familial diseases.

An infectious disease is caused by an opportunistic contact with a virus or bacteria.

An "inherited" disease comes from your genetic inheritance (from your family medical history).

you can only pass an inherited disease on to your descendants you cant give it to someone by coughing on them etc.etc

infectious diseases are caused by direct contact with virus.
