I have to do a report on infectious skin diseases for work can you name as many of them as you know of?

I need to know all the different skin disease you can think of and if you have the information how the disease spreads.

scabies, cold sores, (all versions of herpes), impetigo, chicken pox, measles, (all varieties), fifth disease (slap cheek), lice, head lice, athletes foot, other nail funguses, anthrax, necrotizing faciitis, leprosy, ringworm, shingles

I think the majority of the conditions that are bacterial based are caught through direct contact. But the viral ones, measles, chicken pox, fifth disease, are probably through droplet from respiratory tract. Head lice jumps, you have to be in close proximity for it to get to you. Shingles you had to have had chicken pox before.

Impetigo- staph infection and contact with lesions
Herpes Zoster- history of chicken pox
Warts of hands, feet and genitals- HPV
Boils/ furuncle- Staph infection, contact

Impetigo, MRSA are the worst I have dealt with.
