Should people who have an infectious disease should be taken away from family and forced to live on their own? |
a disease that is very serious and infectious....I know people aren't taken now in where we live, it is something to think about. THe disease does not have a cure yet... In general any diseas that is deadly and contagious should they be remove from society? it is better and advicable that they are separated from people around them if the disease is contagous tbh... yeah if you love them then u dont want them to feel the same pain as you do so try move somewhere safer If it's deadly and infectious, I would say yes. Example: Ebola virus There is a special wing at the hospital for quarantining infectious diseases (like staph). But most infectious diseases are not that important, so the patient should just stay home until his fever has been gone for 24 hours. What diseases are you thinking of? They can be treated, controlled and cured. This could drive people underground away from treatment. It could actually make the diseases harder to control. What do you mean *live on their own* ? If there is no cure for that disease than probably, but there would have to be some kind of visitation. If they are forced to live in a Hospital or Rehabitation Center than I guess so. Can the person that asked this please clarify, if not than I'd have to say yes! i dont know which country u are but in uk any contagious disease people are kept in confinement while they are treated. only if other people can catch it too. |
