eat lots of food and vegetables and give yourself time to rest. Be it noted also that antibiotics cannot fight viral infections as they are only for bacterial infections

Antibiotics are useless when it comes to viruses. Supportive treatment, treatment of symptoms is all one can do. The only means of combating viruses is through immunization.

It can be treated with normal juices, sun shines, by putting chlorine tablets in the water and using that as drinking water and for washing of vegetables fruits inhaling sufficient oxygen taking sufficient Vitamin A with slyneum.

Prevention is the best way to spread viruses. The number one way to stop the spread of viruses is to wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands!
