Some of my toenails are coming off/ I do not have any infection fungal or otherwise?

so I wonder what could be the cause. I have had this happen to me before when I was pregnant but that was more moons ago than I care to remember, so I cannot understand why it is happening again.

Please, have any of you heard of this happening to anyone else and if so what was the cause. Thank you!

I eat a healthy diet, though I do have a sensitivity to milk.

when my friend and I got back from travelling years ago (we'd been away for a year and in Asia for 8 months) both of our big toenails fell off. Gross city man. We weren't sure why this happened as we didn't seem to have any infection either. We decided it was because we hadn't worn shoes for a year, only flip flops and once we got back our feet felt restricted and this is what happened. Obviously it could quite easily have been some hideous fungal thing, but we chose to believe that - so maybe its because summer has all but ended, and you're back in shoes?!

its lack of protain in you.

eat some healthy food, juices and take rest. it will be fine.

eat banana, it gives u stronger bones and nails.

Perhaps you鈥檙e not getting enough calcium drink a glass of milk a day.

Calcium deficiency. Just drink milk and eat lots of cheese they might grow back.

go see a dermatologist..

you should be thankful to God.
you dont have to waste time specially cutting them.

you may be low in calcium, as you say you are sensitive to milk

But it is difficult to say exactly what is causing this ,
your best coarse is to .........

see your doctor
who will be able to diagnose and treat you, for this condition .

I hope you will soon ,have strong fit toenails

>^,,^<

I am a diabetic and my toenails are crumbly as well ,
but that is due to poor circulation .

i bet youve got pssoriasis, iv got it and my nails tend to go white in places, then they will be fine. Then it will happen again. there isnt really a cure, you just have to live with it and keep your nails short
