Information on bladder infections?

I need a home remedy for bladder infection

There is no good home remedy for UTI. UTI's need to be treated by a doc to prevent further spread and kidney damage. You can help releive some of the symptoms by drinking cranberry juice and staying well hydrated, but there is no home cure at this time that is safe. Sorry!

Seriously, go buy cranberry pills at the store. you'll be back to normal in a few days.

Cranberry juice

Don't fool around with it. Get to a doctor or you'll be wearing a bag the rest of your life.

If you already have a bladder infection or an urinary tract infection, you'll need to see a doctor. However to prevent them take a cranberry pill daily. It works!!!!!!!! I suffered from reoccurring UTI's and it was hell. The pills work better, are cheaper and more comfortable than drinking a ton of cranberry juice (which never worked for me.)

First of all start drinking Cranberry juice...it MUST be 100% pure cranberry juice, no kind of 'blend,' or you could just take cranberry pills. Also, drink tons of water. I have also heard that taking Alka-Seltzer will sometimes get rid of the infection...but don't take the Alka-Seltzer with the cranberry juice becuase I've read that they will counteract. If it doesn't go away in 2 or 3 days you should really go to the doctor. I got one and it spread to my kidney's, I felt AWFUL and vomited a few times and really regretted not going to the doctor sooner

Cranberries! Either the actual fruit, pills, or the juice. Cranberries have components that encapsulate bacteria so it's harder for it to multiply.

Plus, up your fluid intake majorly so you urinate more often to flush the bacteria out. Don't drink anything too sugary. Absolutely no soda for a few days. Continue drinking extra water and cranberries until the pain goes away plus a few days after is dissipates. Most recurring infections happen because the original one was never completely gone.

If you start getting major pains in your abdomen, or start peeing blood, you really do need to see a doctor, because the infection will have moved into your ureters and probably the kidneys, which will cause a lot of harm if you keep letting it go on.

And yeah, don't listen to people who tell you there's no home cure for it, that's bollocks. We have immune systems for the very purpose of our bodies being able to fight off bacteria like that, you just need to help it a bit by consuming the right things (like cranberries and lots of water).

Along with the cranberry juice/pills, drink plenty water to flush the infection from your kidneys/bladder/urinary tract. If the infection has gotten bad enough to cause pain and/or fever, go to the doctor. You will need antibiotics.
