Looking for a prevention for bladder infections.? |
Everytime I have sex. A couple of days later I end up with a bladder infection. I do everything right as this has been happening for a long time. I have had enough. Anyone have any ideas? Add yougurt with acidopholus to your diet daily. Two Activia yougurts or 1 larger yougurt daily. Acidopholus is proven to help promote healthy bacteria and eliminate unhealthy bacteria. Drink cranberry juices, take vitamin C, eat blueberries, Cranberry juice is a good idea, however if you are using condoms you may want to look into allergic reactions to the latex. I would go and see the gyno and have them check it out. That is not right. The following are measures that studies suggest may reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections.
