Do you know why so many people get bladder infections?

simple it is atleast 100% of civilians hold their liquid til full say about 6 hours or more throughout each day the bladder expands stretches and starts to hurt.men have it worse once the bladder stretches and expands and starts to hurt the pee-tube stretches and so does the penis half-way erect, how i know this it happens on certain days and yes it does hurt alot.
women on the other hand i have know answer for that.

The main cause for urinary tract infections is from bacteria entering the body throm your aforesaid "pee hole", and it affects both men and women alike. The method for receiving these bacteria could vary (the direction you wipe after initial urination, hygienically deficit cleaning, or certain foods like soda) and among those people, the highest cause is from carbonated drinks, a failing and/or dying bladder, failing kidneys, or poor hygiene.

For the most part, though, it can affect anyone. The urinary tract can become infected not only from that which I mentioned, but also from enlarged prostate glands or gallstones (basically what happens is the urethra becomes blocked, and the urine that hasn't been able to escape can settle and cause a burning sensation from the sterility and acidity of the urine, which would cause miniature ulcers in the urethra, or the gallstones can cut the inner areas of the urethra, which would confuse an individual between an infection or gallstone buildup.)

I are know good lots of a thingy. Report It

well......... bacteria
sucks I know:(!!

umm your percentage is way off, and anther reason y a person get infections is when they dont wash down there

yupp;;; only it hurts us women too. =[
inside not out. lol =]

Silly panties women wear don't help! If they must wear them, it should be pure cotton and not cut the blood circulation for being so bloody tight! They also wait too long to go to the bathroom. Public washrooms... and anti-biotics are a danger as well... for yeast infection, etc.

It hurts inside and out if you get one bad enough. The cause is an imbalance of bacteria in the urinary tract and or bladder. If you wipe from back to front or wear a though you increase your odds of getting one. So wipe front to back, don't expose your urethera or "pee tube" to fecal matter or "shI*t" and you might not get one. Best of luck ~J
