Infection control mandated in public facilities?

Is it? Should it be?

It would be a very difficult project to start and keep going. Its not a bad idea to have public facilities provide people with the proper anti bacteria soaps and alcohol wpes or gell. But this will only work if 100% of the people who enters the facility uses unversal precautions. We all know that this wont happen. We must try to teach and educate people about infection controll and the earlier the age we start the better. But i quess untilleveryone takes infection controll seroius,we must at least do our best to protect ourselves and our love ones.Educate is the only true way we can protect at least ourselves, then hopefully others will, follow are lead.

I'm not sure, but an anti bacterial foam canister on the wall would be nice.
