How can I teach employees about infection control without giving them alot of reading materials?

Organize a meeting to explain infection control as it relates to your particular business, and be sure to use charts, diagrams, simple words and maybe even a little humor if appropriate. Most people learn two different ways - visually, or through hearing. You need to make sure you are providing the same information both ways in order to reach all of your employees as effectively as possible.

Don't give them a lot of material. just a few shocking photos of the consequences and they'll be comming to you.
