Yeast infection with light colored (pinkish) bleeding. Am I pregnant? |
So heres the whole story, about 11 days ago me and my boyfriend of almost 5 years had sex and he ejaculated in me. I am on birth control (Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo) BUT I have also been on Cephalexin for a sinus and ear infection. I know antibiotics decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills as well, and that why I'm wondering if anyone has had the same experience. So, now, 11 days later I have developed a yeast infection (i havent had one in years) and along with it now is a light light pinkish bleeding/discharge when I wipe after urinating (inplantation bleeding???) I am scheduled to go to my doctor for my annual next week, but I just wanted to get some opinions as to what I'm dealing with. Am I pregnant? or is the yeast infection most likely from the antibiotics? Thanks! The Yeaste infection is definatly from the antibiotics. When my doc gives me antibiotics he gives me something for a yeast infection too cause I ge one every time and so do many women. I would say it is all from the yest infection. |
