Bacterial infection and loestrin 24?

can you use birth control while you have a bacterial infection

You can use birth control, however if your doc puts you on an antibiotic for the infection it lowers the effectiveness of your BC pill. Your pills will be considered affected for a month. So be sure to use a backup method such as a condom!
