Help, I think I gave my boyfriend a yeast infection. ONLY SERIOUS RESPONCES PLEASE!?

A few days ago I developed a yeast infection due to taking the birth control pill. I had sex with my boyfriend and the next day he had white spots on his private area. We were both tested for STD's months ago and do not have one. My question is, has any other guy developed a yeast infections or signs of one from having sex with their lady. Can you describe what it looks like? Because, i believe that we might be giving it to each other. I would appreciate any mature answers. Thanks.

What works is the drugs, and time apart. No sex, or oral, until both of you have finished the meds, and are back to normal.
