Severe indigestion. On heart & B.P. meds for years. Stabbing pain @ top of right ear,severe lumbar stenosis?

Experiencing severe indigestion for several days now. Due to torn discs in spine and severe lumbar stenosis am on valium to relieve spasms. even water is causing severe indigestion and also experiencing stabbing pain at top of right ear. Have been on heart & B.P. meds for years due to family history. |Would appreciate any helpful advice. Could the valium be causing this indigestion? I have a very healthy diet.

Drugs cause all types of problems. Lets get your issues resolved.

Use hydrogen peroxide for your ear discomfort. You might have to do this 2 or 3 times, but it will relieve the issue quickly.

Use apple cider vinegar for you indigestion. A couple of tablespoons for a glass of water. Do this 2-3 times a day
