Had bad indigestion for days now and feeling rubbish? |
everytime i eat i get bad indigestion over the last few days had it constantly, along with headache and feeling bit dizzy and sick, im due on in a week and usually get a headache the week before, but i just feel so crap , cant sleep cause cant get comfy why would indigestion last this long, drink plenty of water and flush it out - dont eat exotic or spicy foods - toast with a scraping of butter or margerine - give it a day or so with lots of water and if you are still feeling sick see the doc. good for you - water is SUCH a good remedy for so many things, I almost always try it first - take care! Report It pregnant? Have you taken any medication to help? Sounds as if its a bit more than common indigestion I would ring your doc and get an appt. If it continues, see a doctor. And, for your general understanding of bowels and indigestion, a lot of people are looking up a site called collectivewizdom. try cemetadine ,zantac but see a doctor too hope you feel better soon |
