Indigestion again...help?!?

everything i eat gives me indigestion..i'm fed up. i tried ginger, peppermint tea, leaving out dairy..wheat..booze..you name it. i sometimes get really bad wind! ooops! i thought it was ibs but i'm not sure if its gone beyond this? the other day, the pain i got right in my navel area was so bad it was like i'd been punched in my stomach, i couldn't even stand up properly..i have to unfasten my pants everyday, i'm sure sometimes i go up a dress size in an afternoon...i do go to the toilet regular at least once a day and up to 5 times a day...plz help!!
