Heartburn, indigestion?

what is the difference between heartburn, indigestion, and acid indigestion? or are they all the same thing

Severe indigestion may lead to heartburn but heartburn cannot cause indigestion. The symptoms and root cause of indigestion are similar and many of the treatment options for both indigestion and heartburn are the same.
